Venue Relations

Food Diego has lasting relationships with various venues throughout Southern California. We're well-versed in what it takes to not only be invited to Cater a Venue Affair, but are also pretty good at being allowed to come back.

We take licensing. permits, liability coverage, and property care very seriously. Our Team want to serve the Client a great event, but are just as focused on taking great care of a Venue's property.

We work closely with Venue Management to pay attention to those details that matter most to a Space's Caretakers. We aim to exceed the expectations of all parties involved.

lasting relationships with Property Owners.

Coordinators & Planners

Most of our Venue relationships begin with introductions by

Wedding & Events Planners and Coordinators.

We benefit greatly from the transfer of words of esteem from an associate to a new prospective client. We work with Coordinators and Planners as if they were the client because, quite frankly, they are!

What we are really trying to say is that the relationship that we have with the intermediary is just as important as that which

we have with the Celebrant/Host.

Asset Protection

We like to leave facilities the way we found them - or better !

Food Diego Catering places cleanliness, damage-avoidance, and post-event polish as a top priority. Spaces that we occupy during events are left ready to go for the next event. We are happy to adhere to any and all building and venue policies and procedures.
